Cant stop the spam!

I have a spam blocker, but I get more than 7,000 spam messages every
day. So as an experiement, I gave a new gmail address to only 8
trusted friends. I didnt join anything, so my address isnt out there.
Within one week the spam has gone to 3,000 a day and is still
climbing. Is there a solution other than to get off gmail?... more »

Hi,
I have no idea what's happening to gmail recently. I've been
encountering page hang whenever I am sending an email. And the hang
normally lasts for 10seconds. This really caused me a lot of
inconvenience.
I only used 10% of it. So I believe that its not my emails that affect

I have set up my Google Apps Gmail Account to redirect all mails to my
private Gmail account.

Verify Code Not Sending

I have added an account for both incoming and outcoming to a non-Gmail
POP3 account (i.e. [email address]). Incoming is fine by the problem
comes when GMail tries to send a verification code to the incoming
that I have used.
I've both tired checking for the verify code / link using another

Is there a way on GMail to get notification of a received message

Why do I get spam from myself?

I delete my spam pretty frequently, but I notice them every once in a
while, are from my own email address. Is my computer broadcasting
