I'm having trouble downloading the Gmail java app for my Motorola RAZR
V3x. When I go to www.gmail.com/app on my phone's browser and select
the 'download' link, I get a 404: page cannot be found error message.
This seems to be a problem at Google's end I have in fact downloaded
and used the gmail client on this very phone before without issue in
the past. But now that I've deleted all my java apps, I'm finding it
impossible to download Gmail again!
Thanks for sorting out the problem in 1.5.1191 but it has appeared
again when trying to download 1.5.1193. I think gmail's website is
confused between the v3x and the v3x-vodafone.
Could you provide your phone's user-agent so that the team can look
into your issue?
You can get your phone's user-agent by visiting http://tagjam.com in
your phone's web browser. Just follow the 'HTTP Headers' link and
reply to this post with the full User-Agent line.
